Admissions
International applicants can be admitted to the University on the basis of:
- interstate agreements between the Russian Federation and foreign countries in the line of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
- contracts on collaboration between the University and foreign higher educational establishments
- an individual contract with the University

Application
Upon acceptance to the University, students must submit the following documentation:
- A valid passport
- Application
- Notarized copy of an educational certificate, the list of all subjects studied with periods attended and grades obtained (translated into Russian) being enclosed. Papers should be legalized in the country issuing them (the die “Apostille” is to be available for the countries of The Hague Convention, for the rest of countries are to be legalized in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country issuing them). Detailed information is available in the Embassy of the country that issued the document
- Medical certificate of no contradictions for studying
- AIDS-test certificate issued not more than six months before the first day of study specified by the Contract of the student
- Eight 3x4 black & white photos in mat
- Vaccination certificate, if available
- Academic certificate on preparatory training in Russia, if available
- Academic certificate for transfer applicants
